Walk to School

Outdoor Skating Rink
This great open space is used year-round and gives the community a place to get know each other through sport. In the winter months kids, teams, and friends come out to skate or play hockey. Massive Brand New Retail Shopping Plaza
Allard is located right next to a very exciting new development called the Heritage Valley Town Centre. Plans for the Heritage Valley Town Centre include:
- Over 280 acres of entertainment, main street-style shopping, parks, and an LRT station.
Construction on the first phases of the Heritage Valley Town Centre is complete. Superstore, Joe Fresh, a Gas Station, and Shopper’s Drug Mart are among the many tenants open for business. There are many more tenants planned for the second phase coming this year.
As development in Heritage Valley increases, Allard residents have the best location and the best access to fully take advantage of the this planned social and economic heart of the area.

New High SchoolThe Edmonton Public School Board and the City of Edmonton are partnering to construct a multi-purpose facility just south of the Heritage Valley Town Centre, which is within walking distance from Allard.
Parks, Trails, & Greenspace

- A mature 6.4-acre constructed wetland, beautifully landscaped with natural foliage for residents to enjoy
